Prices exclude VAT but include comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage and breakdown cover.
Vehicles 8-10 require tachograph, drivers CPC and operators licences (for business use) details on request.
Driving licences must be produced before hire when possible, or at the time of hire to verify details. It must be a full licence held for at least 12 months and without serious endorsement. Current licence and National Insurance Number required for information to be obtained from DVLA. Minimum age 23 years, maximum age 74 years (to be verified before hire).
Payment is taken in full at the time of hire in cash or debit/credit card. Please note we do not accept AMEX.
Deposits are also payable at the time of hire by the same means as the payment.
Groups 1-10 £850, group 10 £1250. EC use is subject to an additional £300, refundable if the vehicle is returned without damage, loss or cost.
All negligent damage is the customers own responsibility and will be charged in full.
EC use is only available subject to prior authorisation, minimum charge £150. Charged at a daily rate, plus green card cost.
Customers are liable for ULEZ/LEZ, Congestion, Dart Charge, Parking and Speeding Fines. Harvey Self Drive will apply administration fee to all charges received (non-refundable).
It is the customers responsibility to dispose of all rubbish and clean the inside of the vehicle before returning to avoid charge.
